The Original mug arrived cracked. When I ask for a return and said the mug was cracked, I expected the return postage to be paid or reimbursed. Instead they just sent a new mug. Great customer service. Very cute mug.
The cup was fine but the main part of the order (A Guinness soccer shirt) was not fine…damage to the back of the shirt. Was purchased as a birthday gift and not enough time to return it…the damage was small but we were not happy. As I have not been sent an email asking me to review the soccer shirt I will leave the review here.
Handle is to small, but live my memories with my grandson.
