Please note the following transit times are an approximation and do not include our processing time of 1-2 business days on Standard Shipping. We endeavor to process orders and have them shipped within 24 hours on our Express Shipping Service.
Please allow for an additional 48 hrs during peak periods, such as holiday periods, collection launches and promotions.
We try our best to prepare your orders and send them out as soon as we can but orders can only be shipped during working days and hours. Please note shipping only takes place on business days.
We hope our valued customers might note that Guinness Webstore does not represent courier companies, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control. However, please rest assured we’re on your side and will help in any way we can.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive an email, please contact customer service by emailing us at support@guinnesswebstore.eu. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to register. Please check all inboxes including your spam folder to ensure you have received your tracking details.

We offer shipping to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, Germany and Italy.
MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED, WHAT DO I DO?
We do our best to make sure all parcels arrive as quickly and safely as possible. We recommend contacting our customer service team, with your name and order number so we can help you receive your parcel as soon as possible!
The Guinness Webstore reserves the right to deduct any costs incurred from orders that are refused at customs, including a redirection fee.
Packages may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Please consider this when purchasing your order.

CANCELING OR CHANGING MY ORDER
Unfortunately, as we attempt to process and ship your orders as soon as possible we may be unable to change or cancel orders once placed. Please make sure you choose your items carefully and select the correct shipping before placing your order.

CAN I UPDATE THE ADDRESS/DETAILS ON MY ORDER?
As our warehouse processes your orders very quickly, we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to change your shipping details. Please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

While our customer service team may be able to make adjustments before the shipment of an order, we cannot guarantee these amendments will be reflected on the shipment.
